“Tim Charles has been performing for nearly all his life. Starting in Speech and Drama, moving up the grades gaining The Diploma of Associate Teaching under The Irish Board of Speech and Drama. Outside of Speech and Drama Tim has been performing Stand-up Comedy around the Irish circuit, mastering in communications and public speaking. Tim has experience in Directing, Producing, Writing and Acting in both stage or screen.

Over the last year like everyone, I learned a lot. Firstly, banana bread is over-rated. Secondly, I discovered that you have no idea what`s around the corner, so pursue what you are most passionate about and fills your life with joy. Most recently I have finished a Masters in Theatre Practice under The Gaiety School of Acting & UCD. This experience taught me how to create pieces of art from an array of starting points.

When it comes to teaching, I want to give students the confidence and skills required to express their unique creativity to make art that enriches the world around them.”
