New Timetable & Classes. Starting October

October 2020

Dear Parents and Students,

We are thrilled to be able to launch the NPAS Timetable for 2020/21. Classes will start back on Saturday the 17th and Sunday the 18th of October, and begin in Castleknock on the 12th and resume in Mounttown on the 13th. This year we have had to spread the school out more than usual to comply with social distancing, so we will be running from two venues. One is The Lir Academy on Pearse Street and two brand new Studios in The Ringsend & Irishtown Community Centre. Those of you who took Ballet Exams with us earlier this year or who were at one of our summer schools will know the new space and how great it is. We will be following every guideline from the HSE. Please read our “SAFE @ NPAS” protocols for each venue before we start. Every class will finish 5 minutes before the hour to enable us to sanitize the studio before the next class, and importantly children and young people attending class who are aged over 12 will have to wear a mask a face covering at all times when in the building – a perfect opportunity to get one of our new NPAS Masks!

Due to restrictions on class numbers and space this year please book your classes with us early. Please read our new Term and Conditions relating to Zoom in the instance  that we have to revert to Blended Learning if there are further lockdowns. We have been advised that ALL Singing classes should be online those year. These will be very small classes, with a max of 6 students who can interact throughout the class with the teacher. They are also live and will be great for preparing for solo exams and auditions, as well as great fun.

Thanks again for all your support – especially to those who paid fees in March who will now get an opportunity to book in first. We are so grateful to everyone who attends our school and we can’t wait to see you. This year the school will be on on Halloween Weekend – we all can’t wait for the dress up day!! It’s always one of our Favourite Days of the year and something to really look forward to.
